Subscription Help
- iPhone and iPad purchases are managed in Apple Subscriptions.
- Android purchases are managed in Google Play Subscriptions.
- Web purchases are managed through the billing portal inside Chair Strength Settings after you sign in.
Cross-Device Access
To carry your subscription to a new device, sign in with the same Chair Strength account on each device.
If you purchased before creating an account, sign in on the same browser or device first so Chair Strength can try to recover that subscription automatically.
If access still does not return after signing in, contact support and we can help recover it manually.
